According to BlogMickey.com sources, Disney is preparing to bring back the Minnie Van service. Minnie Vans, as you might remember, are essentially Disney-operated Uber. The Minnie Van service, which debuted back in July 2017, was suspended in March 2020 and has not returned. There have been rumors of its demise, but Disney has always maintained that the service was simply temporarily paused.
Now, sources have indicated to BlogMickey.com that Disney is in the process of staffing up to bring the service back to Walt Disney World. Recently, the TSA extended the mask mandate for public transportation, which the Minnie Van service would likely fall under. Sources did not say when the Minnie Van service might resume, but it appears that the TSA will have a revised set of guidelines on April 18th that could allow for the service to come back without masks or restrictions.
As with any rumor, you should treat this information as unofficial unless and until Disney confirms it.

isnt it operated by Lyft? Not uber?
It is operated by Disney, but they do use Lyft for the backend tech/hailing
Trying to keep my excitement in check here. So excited to see this might come back but bracing for the heart attack the undoubtably new prices will trigger…
Didn’t Disney sell the fleet? I remember an article after it shut down that the cars were for sale. It would be great if they were brought back.
Disney did not sell the fleet. They’ve been sitting in the EPCOT parking lot since March 2020
