Plexiglass Removed From All Attraction Queues at Walt Disney World

More than two years after the COVID-19 pandemic shut down Walt Disney World, Disney has removed all of the plexiglass dividers from attraction queues. The final attraction queue to have the plexiglass removed was The Seas with Nemo & Friends at EPCOT.

Disney had been gradually removing the plexiglass from queues and other areas in the theme parks for the past few months, but has accelerated efforts recently to remove the last remaining installations at attractions such as “it’s a small world”, Frozen Ever After, Expedition Everest, and finally The Seas with Nemo & Friends.

Plexiglass dividers in the queue were just one of the health and safety measures implemented by Disney World in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Other health and safety measures included physical distancing, mandatory mask usage, and even plexiglass on ride vehicles.
