Kona Cafe Closing August 15th for Refurbishment at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

According to Disney, Kona Cafe at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will be closing August 15th for a refurbishment. A reopening timeframe has not been established. Hungry guests are encouraged to use Mobile Order to get select items from nearby Kona Island grab-and-go.

Beginning August 15, 2022, Kona Cafe will be closed for refurbishment. During this time, Guests may continue to use the Mobile Order service through the My Disney Experience app to order select breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings from Kona Island.
