Walt Disney Imagineering has filed another permit related to parking lot work taking place at EPCOT. Previously, we have taken a look at a potential new parking lot near the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind show building, and we’ve also covered previous parking lot signage permits. Now, a new permit was filed this week that calls for contractor Design Communications LTD to “install parking lot signs”. The address for the work resolves to the Journey lot at EPCOT.
It’s possible that the parking lots will receive new names as part of the larger EPCOT overhaul, or it’s possible that they’re receiving a new look/font to better align with ongoing work at the park entrance to replace and remove existing signage.
