Following overnight systems maintenance, Disney Genie+ is experiencing issues this morning and nobody has been able to make any Lighting Lane selections. A message in the My Disney Experience app encourages guests to “check back later”, saying that Disney is “actively working to resolve this issue and provide the best possible Guest experience”.
A timeline for a fix has not been announced.
