In order to support construction work in the area, the Flamingo exhibit near the Tree of Life at Animal Kingdom is temporarily closed. It looks like there is some roof work underway at the observation area, and the flamingos have been removed from the exhibit to support the work.

Cast Members in the area say that the flamingos will return, and the Wilderness Explorer location is still operating nearby. Here’s a look at the work.

As you can see in the signs below, the Kangaroos are unaffected by the work, and are still visible from the Tree of Life Gardens.
