Lengthy Refurbishment Underway at Port Orleans – French Quarter (Rooms & Building Exteriors)

A lengthy refurbishment has begun at Port Orleans – French Quarter as Disney World refreshes the exterior of the campus-style resort, as well as some guest rooms. Here’s the official announcement by Disney World, followed by a few photos from a recent visit to the resort.

Port Orleans – French Quarter Refurbishment

From May 2024 through November 2024, some guest rooms at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter will be under refurbishment. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. Most Resort hotel amenities will remain available.
