A temporary Disney Vacation Club lounge is now open in EPCOT while the Imagination Pavilion lounge undergoes refurbishment. Typically, the DVC lounge is in the second floor of the Imagination Pavilion, under the glass pyramid (pictured below). That location is closed through July 13th for refurbishment, reopening to guests on July 14th.
Temporary DVC Lounge at The Odyssey
During the closure, Disney Vacation Club members can head over to The Odyssey pavilion, where roughly half of the room has been partitioned off from regular guests. We stopped by recently to take a look at the setup, which includes tables and chairs, along with complimentary soda for members. The other half of the room contains tables and chairs for regular guests – obviously no complimentary soda, but snacks and beer are available for purchase.
Snacks available to purchase for all guests include a Mickey-shaped pretzel, a Cream Cheese-filled pretzel, and a jalapeno pretzel. Drinks available for purchase for all guests include soda, water, and seasonal beer. Cast Members tell us that the seasonal beer will change based on what keg Disney is trying to empty at any given time throughout the summer. Here’s a look at the current lineup.
