According to a push notification sent by Walt Disney World, most payment options are currently unavailable in the My Disney Experience app. Guests visiting Walt Disney World today can still use Paypal to pay for things like Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Mobile Order, but other payment options are unavailable. The payment issues are extending to Disney’s online platforms as well such as DisneyWorld.com and DisneyStore.com.

Some of our payment options are unavailable, and only Paypal is available at this time in select flows. We’re actively working working to resolve this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.
There are no reports of any payment issues at physical locations in the theme parks and resorts, only payments through the My Disney Experience app.
