Following the conclusion of the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival, CommuniCore Hall will turn into “the ultimate game party and play space” at EPCOT. Walt Disney World has announced that Goofy will host the play party as part of a special push of limited-time experiences for kids this Summer at Walt Disney World.
Goofy Takeover of CommuniCore Hall
Details are still scarce, but here’s what Walt Disney World had to say about the Goofy takeover of CommuniCore Hall:
“…following the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, families with young kids will be able to cool down while enjoying the ultimate game party and play space featuring none other than Goofy as he takes over CommuniCore Hall at EPCOT. We don’t want to spoil all the surprises but be on the lookout for more details soon. ”
CommuniCore Hall has faced extensive criticism, including from this very site, and Walt Disney World appears to be attempting to address the issues with EPCOT’s newest air-conditioned building.
The limited-time offering will run from May 27th through September 1st.
