We’re just a couple of days away from 2026, and Walt Disney World has announced the Hollywood Studios New Year’s Eve entertainment schedule! While not as big a party as EPCOT or Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is still going to ring in the new year with some entertainment and a small fireworks display. Here’s what you can expect!
Hollywood Studios New Year’s Eve Entertainment Schedule
The party starts at 5pm at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and runs through midnight. Just like the other theme parks, there is no additional charge for Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ New Year’s Eve festivities. It’s all included with your regular theme park admission for the day. Here’s what you can expect to find!
Hollywood Studios New Year’s Eve Fireworks
New Year’s Eve fireworks returned to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for the first time in years back in 2024, and now they’re set to return again.
The New Year’s Eve fireworks at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will kick off at 11:57, and they’re officially titled New Year Countdown Fireworks at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Last year, there was a projection show with lasers and some rooftop launch fireworks during the 3-minute show.
Because Hollywood Studios has effectively abandoned the large fireworks launch site across World Drive, there were no big fireworks last year. It’s unlikely that there will be a change this year.

While it’s nice to see Disney’s Hollywood Studios expand its New Year’s Eve entertainment, the park will struggle to attract partygoers without a proper fireworks show. We’ll be at EPCOT if you need us.
