Emile’s Fromage Montage is back for the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, sending guests on a cheese-themed stroll through World Showcase and beyond. Guests purchase five participating dishes across the Global Marketplaces, collecting stamps for their Festival Passport along the way. Five stamps earn a treat at the end. Here’s the full list of participating dishes, along with the cheapest and priciest ways to complete the challenge.

What Is Emile’s Fromage Montage?

Emile's Fromage Montage at EPCOT Food & Wine Festival with cheese and mouse character.

Emile’s Fromage Montage is named for Remy’s brother from “Ratatouille.” It’s a self-guided food trail built around cheese-forward dishes at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Guests pick up a Festival Passport at EPCOT, then track down participating menu items at Global Marketplaces around the park.

Purchasing five of the featured dishes earns a stamp for each one. Repeat purchases of the same dish count toward the total, so guests can mix and match locations or revisit a favorite. You can redeem your fully-stamped Festival Passport at the Shimmering Sips marketplace in World Showcase for a complimentary festival treat. The trail can be completed across multiple visits, any time before the festival ends on November 21st.

Full List of Emile’s Fromage Montage Dishes

Most Fromage Montage locations open alongside the festival on August 27th. A handful of marketplaces phase in later, through September and October. Below is the complete list of participating dishes, grouped by marketplace.

  • Schinkennudeln | Germany | $5.29
a pasta gratin with ham, onions, and cheese
  • Basque Cheesecake | Spain | $5.29
    with orange sauce
  • Griddled Cheese | Greece | $5.49
    with pistachios and honey
  • Pรฃo de Queijo | Brazil | $5.19
    Brazilian cheese bread
  • Pineapple Cheesecake | Hawai’i | $5.49
with passion fruit curd and macadamia nuts
  • Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli | Forest & Field | $5.49
with brown butter vinaigrette, pecorino cheese, pomegranate seeds, and hazelnut praline
  • Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle | Festival Favorites (CommuniCore Plaza, opens September 9th) | $5.29
  • Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese | The Alps | $6.79
on a baguette with jambon and apple-mustard relish, opens October 2nd
  • Tartiflette | The Alps | $5.49
potatoes gratin with caramelized onions, bacon, thyme, crรจme fraรฎche, and brie, opens October 2nd
  • Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib | Earth Eats | $8.49
with goat cheese polenta, tomato ragรน, and shaved pecorino cheese, opens October 2nd

The Wedge inside CommuniCore Hall rounds out the trail with four cheese-forward dishes. All four are available once the location opens on September 18th. Those are Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese ($7.19), Three-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese, Cheesesteak Macaroni and Cheese, and a Selection of Cheeses featuring Proudly Wisconsin Cheese. Only Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese had a confirmed price at publication time. Any one of the four counts toward a Fromage Montage stamp. We’ll update this article with proper information once Disney posts it.

Cheapest Way to Complete Emile’s Fromage Montage

The cheapest path to five stamps skips the later-opening, higher-priced Alps, Earth Eats, and Festival Favorites dishes entirely. Pรฃo de Queijo at Brazil is the least expensive single item on the list at $5.19. Round out the stamps with Schinkennudeln and Basque Cheesecake, each $5.29. Add two of the $5.49 dishes, such as Griddled Cheese, Pineapple Cheesecake, or Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli. The total comes to $26.95 before tax.

All five of those locations are open at the festival’s August 27th start. This version of the trail doesn’t require waiting on a later opening date, so it’s the fastest path to a completed Festival Passport for guests visiting early in the festival’s run.

Priciest Way to Complete the Challenge

A splurge run pairs the two most expensive confirmed items: the Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib at Earth Eats for $8.49, and the Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese at The Alps for $6.79. Add the Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese from The Wedge at $7.19. Two of the $5.49 dishes, such as Tartiflette and Griddled Cheese, bring the total to $33.45 before tax.

Both Earth Eats and The Alps open on October 2nd, so this combination isn’t possible until at least that date. The true ceiling could climb once full pricing is confirmed for the Selection of Cheeses and the other rotating Wedge options.

  1. The pumpkin cheesecake mousse is NOT available at the start of the festival because Festival Favorites doesnโ€™t open until 9/9 and I know this bc itโ€™s literally the day after I go home.

Personally Iโ€™m pissed off because between that and the fact that so many of these dishes have nuts on them for no reason thereโ€™s literally 3 things I can eat for it.
