Slinky Dog Dash Enters a Third Day of Downtime
Slinky Dog Dash is not running again this morning, marking a third consecutive day without one of Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ most popular attractions. The coaster never opened on August 31st and remained closed through all of September 1st. It has still not reopened.
Disney has not commented on the cause across any of the three days. Cast Members on site have not been able to offer a reopening estimate.
What Guests Should Know
Guests visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios during this stretch have had one fewer marquee attraction available in Toy Story Land, alongside Toy Story Mania and Alien Swirling Saucers. The rest of Toy Story Land has not been affected.
Guests are advised to check the My Disney Experience app for Slinky Dog Dash’s current status before building any plans around it.
