Walt Disney Studios Lot at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has added new character statues to its courtyard lineup. Bolt, two Dalmatian puppies, and Meeko the raccoon can now be found in the area, joining a cast of statues that has grown steadily since the courtyard opened. Each new figure adds a playful touch to what has become an undeniable upgrade to what was there before. Here are the latest additions, and a look back at the current lineup.

Bolt, the Dalmatian Puppies, and Meeko Are the Newest Arrivals
Bolt now sits in a patch of grass alongside two Dalmatian puppies from 101 Dalmatians. One end of a bone sits in Bolt’s mouth, with a Dalmatian puppy gripping the other end while a second puppy sits close by, helping the tug-of-war play out. Bolt’s wide eyes and raised tail capture the character’s excitable energy from his film, and the Dalmatian puppies keep the spotted coats and oversized, floppy ears familiar from the animated classic. Imagineers tucked the grouping into a grassy area just to the right of the centerpiece Sorcerer Mickey hat.
Meeko, the mischievous raccoon from Pocahontas, has also arrived in the courtyard. The statue has Meeko standing upright on a patch of grass. One paw holds a red-and-white striped popcorn box while the other is used to enjoy the loot. This pose plays into the character’s food-obsessed personality from the film.
A Growing Cast Beyond the New Additions
The new arrivals join a courtyard already filled with statues pulled from across Disney’s animated library. Pua and Thumper sit together in a grassy area near the entrance to the courtyard. Jiminy Cricket perches atop a nearby directional sign. Lucifer, the villainous cat from Cinderella, grins from a ledge, staring up at Zazu, teeth bared.
Cinderella’s bluebird can be spotted perched near the Studio Theater sign. The bluebirds are seen with Diablo, Maleficent’s raven from Sleeping Beauty. Mochi, the cat from Big Hero 6, curls up atop a roof ledge, eyes closed as though asleep.
Sir Hiss, the scheming snake from Robin Hood, shares a green railing with Fru-Fru, the excitable shrew from Zootopia. Jaq, Gus, and Timothy Mouse from Cinderella and Dumbo appear together as a trio, with Timothy raising a feather quill overhead. Zazu, the hornbill from The Lion King, keeps watch from an elevated spot, while Ray the firefly from The Princess and the Frog perches on a lamppost nearby. Abu, Aladdin’s monkey companion, climbs through a store sign.
The full lineup sort of extends The Magic of Disney Animation’s “open house” concept, the idea that Walt Disney Animation Studios characters have taken over the space while their animators step away. That framing anchors the yet-to-open experience.
