Imagineering merchandise is heading back to Florida for one Sunday in November. D23 is setting up Mickey’s of Glendale in the convention center at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, with shopping open from 9:00am until 5:00pm. The store last visited the resort for a Gold Member pop-up in April 2025.

Named for its original home in Glendale, California, Mickey’s of Glendale is the Walt Disney Imagineering campus store. Its shelves normally hold merchandise made for Imagineers, so pop-ups like this one give fans a rare shot at WDI-branded apparel, pins, and accessories. D23 is promising “a wondrous selection of Walt Disney Imagineering merchandise” for Members shopping for friends, family, or themselves.

Tickets, Prices, and Shopping Windows

Tickets go on sale Friday, October 23rd, at 10:00am Pacific and 1:00pm Eastern through D23. Pricing depends on membership tier:

  • Gold Members: $15 per ticket, plus a $3 processing fee
  • General Members: $25 per ticket, plus a $3 processing fee

Each Member can book a single hour-long shopping window for themselves and one guest. Every attendee, the Member included, needs their own ticket. D23 is selling a limited number of tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. If a name appears under more than one time slot, only the first booking counts.

The eight shopping windows on November 15th are:

  • 9:00am to 10:00am
  • 10:00am to 11:00am
  • 11:00am to 12:00pm
  • 12:00pm to 1:00pm
  • 1:00pm to 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm to 3:00pm
  • 3:00pm to 4:00pm
  • 4:00pm to 5:00pm

Ticket holders can queue no earlier than 30 minutes before their window, and D23 won’t admit anyone outside their confirmed time. A full hour inside the store is double the 30-minute windows from the April 2025 event, which leaves room to browse instead of rushing the racks.

What to Bring and What’s Different This Time

At check-in, every Member needs a valid D23 Membership card, either physical or digital in the D23 App, along with their event ticket. Members and guests over 18 may also need a government-issued photo ID that matches the name on their ticket. Each ticket must list a legal first and last name from purchase, so tickets can’t change hands. Guests under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian who also holds a ticket.

D23 also prohibits unauthorized video or audio recording at the event. All sales are final, with no cancellations or refunds for any reason. Members must attend in person for their guest to get in.

The biggest change from April 2025 is who gets to shop. That earlier pop-up admitted only Gold Members at $15 a ticket. This year’s event adds General Members at a higher price. Attendees in 2025 also received a randomly selected mystery pin from the D23 vault and a D23 shopping bag. D23’s new listing doesn’t mention a giveaway so far.

The Coronado Ballroom sits inside the Coronado Springs Convention Center, which Disney is refurbishing in phases through late September 2027. Crews handle most of that work overnight, one space at a time, so the resort can keep hosting events like this one along the way.
