Permits Reveal Hampton Inn & Suites as Fifth Proposed Flamingo Crossings Hotel

A proposed fifth hotel at Flamingo Crossings has been revealed via permits filed with the state. A Hampton Inn & Suites looks to be in the works for a plot of land next to two existing Flamingo Crossings hotels.

Here’s a look at the permit superimposed on a Google Maps view of the area. The Hampton Inn & Suites will occupy the space next to the existing Marriott properties.

There are five hotels proposed for the area in total right now, with a permit filed back in June 2018 for a complex of four hotels. If all are constructed, there will be a total of seven hotels at Flamingo Crossings, counting the existing Marriott properties. Here’s a look at the permit that shows the existing four hotels being proposed. Groundbreaking has taken place on the hotels already.

Of course, these hotels aren’t the only accommodations planned for the area. Yesterday, we noticed a permit for nearly 1,300 multi-family apartment units as well. Today, we posted a photo update of the vertical construction on the new Disney College Program housing project as well.

Flamingo Crossings may just be a plot of land right now, but it will surely be a popular spot in the coming years if all of the plans are completed.
