Disney has updated their website with even more details about the Star Wars hotel, named the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. The hotel name was provided at the D23 Expo, including some more concept art of on-board experiences such as Lightsaber training and more. The two-day experience is described as an immersive adventure that is more like a cruise ship experience than a traditional hotel.
One new detail available from the Walt Disney World website today is the name of the bar for the Galactic Starcruiser (because every Starcruiser has to have a bar, right?). According to Disney, the bar will be called The Silver C Lounge, and offer a “warm and inviting retreat for passengers of all ages”. In addition to that short little snippet, Disney has offered some concept art of the new bar and lounge.
Disney hasn’t announced an opening date or prices yet for the experience, but progress is coming along nicely on the hotel, as you can see in our latest construction photos.
