As work continues to transform Bongos to Beatrix Restaurant, Market & Coffee Bar, Disney has begun to gut the entire building. We made it out to Disney Springs this morning to take a look at the current progress.
While the main structure remains in place, the theming is being stripped from both the inside and outside.
Disney has not announced an opening date for Beatrix Restaurant, Market & Coffee Bar.
