While visiting Disney Springs recently, we couldn’t help but notice a gap in the West Side skyline.
As you might know, Bongos Cuban Cafe shut its doors earlier this year to make way for a new dining concept called Beatrix Restaurant, Market & Coffee Bar. While we haven’t seen any concept art for what the new building will look like yet, it’s now very safe to say that they won’t be using the old bongos structure at all. Here’s a look around the demolition site.
