The former location of Bongos Cuban Cafe at Disney Springs is undergoing a heavy gutting as it transforms into a new restaurant named Beatrix. It doesn’t look like a full demolition of the structure just yet, but it will be stripped down to basically nothing. We made it out to Disney Springs today to take a look at the latest work.
