There will be a new performance area for the upcoming Epcot International Festival of the Holidays due to ongoing demolition in the Future World area. In years past, the Fountain View stage has been used as a centralized location for performances, but it’s been demolished along with the rest of the Fountain of Nations and more, so it can’t be used this year. Here’s a look at the new performance area for Joyful in the Epcot Forever FastPass viewing area.

Here’s a look at the old venue, now behind construction walls.

Of course, Disney is going to be building an entire Festival Center in the upcoming World Celebration area of the park to handle live performances, merchandise events, and even dessert parties. For everything we know so far about the World Celebration Festival Center, including location, concept art, and current progress, check out our post (HERE).
