2020 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Start Date Will Be Earlier Than Ever This Year

As we continue to keep a close eye on Magic Kingdom park hours, dates through the end of August seem to indicate that the 2020 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party start date will be earlier than ever this year. While many in the fan community lament about the mid-August every year, the party continues to get closer to the start of the month.

This year, for the first time ever, the party will start within the first two weeks of August. According to the internal Magic Kingdom calendar, we will see our first 6pm park close time on August 13th. The 6pm park close time is a great indicator of a Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party night.

The August 13th start date puts the party closer to the start of August than the end of August for the first time this year too.

Other August dates with a 6pm close (and, by extension, a Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party), are as follows:

    • August 13
    • August 15
    • August 18
    • August 21
    • August 25
    • August 28

As of right now, Disney has not officially announced dates for the party, but if the hours don’t change between now and August, we very well could be seeing the earliest start date for the Halloween Party ever.
