Scaffolding Removed and Sign Installed for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at Epcot

We recently made it out to Epcot to check in on a few different projects ahead of the busy Epcot International Festival of the Arts weekend ahead. One such project that has been getting a bit of buzz lately is the Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure project on an expansion pad of the France Pavilion.

Just a few days ago, the Gusteau’s Restaurant sign was installed above the attraction entrance. While there won’t be an actual Gusteau’s Restaurant to dine in, it’s all part of the facade theming that is meant to put you into the movie before you shrink down to the size of a rat and race through the kitchen.

We’ll take a couple of looks at the sign in a little bit, but first we’ll take a look at the finished portion of the facade. With the scaffolding down, we can now see what the French skyline will look like from the France pavilion and from the Disney Skyliner.

While a portion of the scaffolding has been removed, some touch ups remain as seen below.

It looks like there is a net positive of scaffolding in the construction site though, with a lot of scaffolding now placed around the authentic crêperie set to open with the ride and expansion.

Here’s a look at the concept art for the location.

Finally, here’s a look at the Gusteau’s Restaurant sign, as seen from International Gateway and from on the Disney Skyliner gondola system.

As always, keep checking back with us here at BlogMickey.com as we continue to bring you the latest news and photos from around the Disney Parks!
