According to a social media post from Gideon’s Bakehouse, they are now “temporarily closed” at Disney Springs. The location has been open since their December 23rd soft opening, but they did note that an official grand opening would take place in 2021. It’s possible that they wanted to take advantage of some of the holiday crowds before putting on some of the finishing touches.
Gideon’s opened to impressive fanfare, requiring a virtual queue for most of its soft opening and wait times well over an hour and up to 3 hours long. Check out our review and video below for more!
