Six Ravens will host its Grand Opening on October 17th. The venue sits in The Landing, taking over the former Art of Shaving space just steps from Gideon’s Bakehouse. We came away impressed in our full Six Ravens review.
Six Ravens says every guest who gathers on Saturday will receive a collectible pin, gifted with purchase. The pin in the restaurant’s photo appears to carry the crowned raven crest that hangs on the building’s exterior, with six stars set across a gold shield. A red and black checkered card frames the pin and reads “Six Ravens” in gothic lettering.
Early arrivals may find even more. Six Ravens says treasures await early guests, but only while supplies last, so arriving close to the 10:00am start is the safest plan. The restaurant also says a regal crown awaits guests of “noble spirit,” but the post does not explain what the crown is or how guests earn one. Six Ravens says more details are coming before Saturday.
What Stood Out at the Soft Opening
The Peasant’s Patty was the star of our soft opening visit. This cheeseburger Coffyn tasted like a McDonald’s cheeseburger in the best possible way, and its Pink Salamander dipping sauce leaned into a Big Mac flavor. Our other favorite was the Tale Teller Tatties, a mini bucket of baked smashed potatoes served with honey mustard. Those potatoes were a home run, and we plan to order them every time we return.
Packaging earns a round of applause too. Food arrives in a Happy Meal-style container whose back panel opens like doors and folds down like a drawbridge. That setup doubles as a small photo studio for a Coffyn.
