Signage is now up at Six Ravens, the new dining concept taking shape at Disney Springs. We stopped by to photograph the exterior, and the building is starting to show its personality. The carved marquee and a striking raven crest now anchor the facade. Here’s a closer look!

THE NEW SIX RAVENS SIGN IS UP

The headline addition is the carved wooden marquee mounted above the main entrance. The “Six Ravens” name appears above the doors in gold gothic blackletter lettering, set against a dark textured panel with a gold and deep-red scalloped border. Small star accents dot the frame.

A pair of gas-style lamps flank the sign on iron arms. Notably, the craftsmanship reads as hand-carved rather than printed, and it fits the storybook tone the venue is going for.

A CROWNED RAVEN PRESIDES OVER THE FACADE

Above the marquee sits the showpiece. Specifically, a large heraldic crest hangs near the roofline, shaped like a medieval shield with a riveted metal border.

The crest features a black raven wearing a small gold crown, set against a red field. Below the bird, a cluster of six-pointed stars fills the lower half of the shield. The whole emblem leans into the gothic, slightly ominous theme that the Six Ravens name suggests.

THE EXTERIOR IS COMING TOGETHER

Overall, the building wears a weathered grey wood treatment, topped with dark scalloped metal awnings that echo the points on the crest. The dark, textured look helps Six Ravens stand out along the walkway.

WHAT’S ON THE MENU AT SIX RAVENS

Disney has shared the concept behind the food, and it centers on a hand pie called the “Coffyn.” Disney describes the dish as a tasty creation made in collaboration with some of Central Florida’s best chefs and restaurants, with flavorful sandwich ingredients fully encased in a house-made yeast roll.

Comfort food featuring bread rolls, gravy, and roasted chicken, ideal for Thanksgiving.

Beyond the Coffyns, the menu rounds out with potato-based sides served with dips such as sweet heat and honey mustard, plus dessert tarts. On the drink side, Disney points to root beer on tap and local beer. The lineup comes from the team behind Gideon’s Bakehouse, the popular bake shop already operating at Disney Springs.

A NOD TO MEDIEVAL HISTORY

The theming runs deeper than the gothic facade. Disney says the name pays homage to the Tower of London, tied to the legend of the resident ravens who, in Disney’s words, “still guard the tower to this day.”

The signature dish carries its own history. According to Disney, the Coffyn was a beloved pastry in medieval Europe that remained popular through the English Tudor period in the early 1600s. That backstory explains the crowned raven crest and the storybook tone running through the exterior.

WHAT WE STILL DON’T KNOW

Disney has shared a Summer 2026 opening window for Six Ravens but has not announced a specific date. As of our visit, the location showed no posted menus, hours, or reservation details.

Typically, signage going up is one of the later steps before a venue opens, so we will be watching for additional progress. We will update you as soon as we learn more!
