The Collaborations Behind Each Coffyn

Six Ravens’ menu centers on medieval-style hand pies, smashed potatoes served with dips, dessert tarts, and local craft beer. Six Ravens said it wanted to highlight the Central Florida talent behind several of the menu offerings. This comes after the full menu was posted early to the Walt Disney World website.

A cheeseburger Coffyn called the Peasant’s Patty, paired with Pink Salamander dipping sauce, credits The Pink Salamander as a collaborator. Six Ravens called it its favorite smash burger in Orlando.

The basil pesto chicken Coffyn is called the Villain of Valentina, and it’s paired with Bruno’s Garlic Knot Sauce, with credits to Pizza Bruno.

Smoke and Donuts gets credit on the Wizard’s Wonder, a mac and cheese and pulled pork Coffyn paired with Prince Donut’s Smoke and Cherry BBQ Sauce.

Red Panda Noodle is behind the Imperial Idol, a curry chicken Coffyn paired with Red Panda’s Dipping Sauce.

Six Ravens highlighted each partner briefly, calling out the talent and creativity behind the collaborations. The Moreish Monk grilled cheese Coffyn and the Forager’s Find sweet potato Coffyn are wholly in-house creations.

Dipping Sauce Portions and What’s Still Coming

Six Ravens said every Coffyn purchase includes a full dose of dipping sauce. Guests will not receive small cups. The restaurant also confirmed that breakfast items appeared on the menu but will not be available right away. Six Ravens said it needs time to establish its footing before adding that service.

The update continues a run of news for the new savory concept from the team behind Gideon’s Bakehouse. Six Ravens is set to open its doors soon at Disney Springs in The Landing, taking over the former Art of Shaving space just steps from Gideon’s. Earlier milestones include the installation of signage and a crowned raven crest on the building’s exterior in June. Gideon’s owner Steve Lewis first announced the savory spinoff back in January.
