Six Ravens is back open today at Disney Springs, continuing its soft opening in The Landing. Crowds this morning were noticeably lighter than the debut day. Only a few groups joined the virtual queue, and that really wasn’t necessary. There was plenty of space in the physical line. Staff called those parties back pretty quickly.
That’s a change of pace from opening day. Six Ravens soft opened on Monday with a virtual queue system in place to manage demand. Dozens of parties joined the queue that first day. We visited the location for a full food review shortly after it opened and came away impressed. Today’s lighter turnout suggests some of that initial rush has settled. Crowds may build into the evening hours as locals finish the workday.
The Menu and Concept
Six Ravens takes over the former Art of Shaving venue, just steps from Gideon’s Bakehouse. The menu centers on the Coffyn, a hand pie made from a yeast roll stuffed with savory fillings. Standout items from our initial visit included the Tale Teller Tatties, a smashed potato side.
Six Ravens has not yet announced a grand opening date. The restaurant continues to operate daily as it ramps up service during the soft opening period.
