The soft opening follows a stretch of confusion around the restaurant’s opening timeline. Disney posted operating hours for Six Ravens on July 20th, which we originally reported as the restaurant’s grand opening. Those hours did not hold. The location remained closed behind temporary hedges that morning, and a follow-up update noted Six Ravens was still working toward opening its doors.
Six Ravens will likely use a virtual queue to manage the soft opening. The system mirrors how sister restaurant Gideon’s Bakehouse has handled crowds since it opened. That existing virtual queue still activates during busier periods at Gideon’s, years after its debut. Guests visiting Six Ravens on Monday should expect a similar setup rather than a traditional standby line.
What’s on the Menu
Six Ravens revealed its full Coffyn menu and pricing alongside the July 20th hours posting. Its centerpiece is the Coffyn, a hand pie made from a yeast roll stuffed with savory fillings. Several Central Florida chefs and restaurants helped develop the fillings.
Six savory Coffyns are priced at $10.99 each. The lineup also includes smashed potato sides, dessert tarts, and a rotating selection of local draft beers from breweries such as The Ravenous Pig and Sideward Brewing. A seventh Coffyn, the Rooster’s Roar breakfast option, appeared on the posted menu but will not be available when the soft opening begins. Six Ravens said on Instagram that it needs time to establish its footing before adding breakfast service.
