Yesterday, we saw the east side flag poles installed at the EPCOT entrance. This morning, the west side is installed, completing at least the installation of the flag poles. Now, we await the arrival of the 12 logo flags. Here’s a look around the area.

Just viewed the “new” flagpoles. I was not sure this was a great look in the concept photos. My first thought was that perhaps they were going to be a “futuristic” design. Nah. just chromed. Perhaps the used car dealer lot look works for a better entrance experience… Whats next, air fan powered wavy guys greeting with the banner ” Welcome to the 21st century”. My biggest fear is walking or running past them just as the many lightning bolts are striking all around during the many storms. Always felt safe under Spaceship Earth then zipping across until reaching the exit. Oh well.
C’mon they could do better than this.
