According to a report by the Orlando Sentinel, a man was arrested after refusing a required temperature screening and entering Disney Springs regardless of being asked not to enter.

The man was located near The Boathouse and arrested for a First Degree Misdemeanor of trespassing on property after a warning. The Orange County deputy that responded to the incident offered to walk the man out of Disney Springs, but the man refused. The officer said he would count to three and if the man didn’t start walking to the exit, he would be arrested. The officer then counted to three and the man was arrested after he refused again to leave. The man asked the officer to take his temperature as he was being escorted out of Disney Springs in handcuffs. The officer appeared to inform the man that his temperature would be checked when he arrived to the jail.

The man complained that he had spent $15,000 on his vacation while he was being handcuffed in front of his children.

This man was just one of the guests who have done everything from verbally abuse Cast Members to spit on them when confronted with Disney’s well documented COVID-19 safety policies.
