According to Scott Gustin, Disney is now relaxing some of the rules as it relates to Cast Members and the use of face shields. Previously, Cast Members were expected to use face shields when physical distancing of 6ft wasn’t possible. This included many positions within the theme parks. Now, on the same day where Disney is ending temperature screenings for Cast Members, they have relaxed some of the policies as it relates to the use of face shields for select outdoor positions.
