Trader Sam’s Gift Shop Installed in Jungle Cruise at Magic Kingdom

Following the news that the reimagined Jungle Cruise would open July 16th at Disneyland, Walt Disney World’s version of the attraction received the addition of the Trader Sam’s Gift Shop updated finale. Here’s a look!

Obviously, the scene isn’t ready yet, but our skipper did set up a joke about going through the scary tunnels of the Mekong River only to say “see, I told you there would be a gift shop” as we passed the mostly shrouded gift shop. Here’s a look at concept art for the scene.

While the sign is very difficult to see, the rest of the set should look great once it is unveiled.
