The first structure to go vertical at the Journey of Water – Inspired by Moana construction site appears to be completed. As might be apparent by its mundane appearance, the structure is likely infrastructure related and not part of any theming for the project. In fact, it appears to be right over an access stairway to some of the underground tunnels at EPCOT that will likely stay intact as the park evolves.
