Sculpting Underway to Theme Rockwork in Moana – Journey of Water Construction Site in EPCOT

The next phase of the Journey of Water Moana attraction project is underway at EPCOT as artists begin adding concrete to the rockwork forms that will transport guests to a lush, tropical setting in the middle of EPCOT.

Guests walking by the construction site will notice a large crane on the other side of the “progress” wall, but that’s being used for the installation of steel on sections of the site that are further behind than the section we’ll be focused on for this article.

From the monorail, we can see what we’re here for – themed concrete. Here’s a look!
