New Year’s Eve Fireworks
Typically, Magic Kingdom and EPCOT have New Year’s Eve fireworks at midnight.
At Magic Kingdom, the New Year’s Eve fireworks show is called Fantasy in the Sky, and it will likely be shown on December 30th and 31st as Magic Kingdom celebrates New Year’s Eve two nights in a row. Here’s a look at the New Year’s Eve Fantasy in the Sky fireworks from last year.
At EPCOT, a fireworks celebration takes guests around World Showcase Lagoon as fireworks light up the sky over each pavilion in the order that they celebrate the new year. Here’s our video from last year’s EPCOT New Year’s Eve fireworks show, with a unique view of the barges.
Disney has not officially announced showtimes for the fireworks, but we will continue to keep an eye on Disney World’s New Year’s Eve plans!
