Sonny Eclipse is still missing at Magic Kingdom, presumably for a refurbishment of some sort following the holiday season and the use of the stage for “Club Tinsel”. The animatronic alien has been behind scrims for weeks, and Cast Members are not sure when he’ll return. Sonny is usually found sitting behind his Astro-Organ playing hits such as “Planetry Boogie”, “Bright Little Star”, “Space Angels”, “Gravity Blues”, and more.

Sonny Eclipse is known as the “biggest little star in the galaxy”, and has been entertaining guests at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom Park since 1995. His set is 27 minutes long and provides some life to Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe, which is one of the most popular quick-service locations at Magic Kingdom.
