Maleficent’s Fire-Breathing Flamethrower Effect Returns to Disney World’s Festival of Fantasy Parade

After temporarily suspending the fire-breathing effect for Maleficent in Disney World’s Festival of Fantasy Parade on April 23rd, the effect has returned! We stopped by Magic Kingdom earlier today to get photos of the flamethrower effect, which continues to impress guests. The return of the effect would imply that Disney Entertainment has found the cause of the Disneyland mishap where their Maleficent dragon was destroyed after being engulfed in flames during an April 22nd performance. Similar fire effects were paused in Disney Parks around the world during the investigation.

Here’s a look at the imposing Maleficent dragon during today’s Festival of Fantasy Parade!
