Following weeks of scaffolding installation, the repainting of Hotel du Canada has begun at EPCOT. While on a recent visit, we decided to watch Canada Far & Wide (which will not be closing for the start of Food & Wine) and we noticed that of repainting of Hotel du Canada had begun. The work is starting on the back of the building, visible from the entrance to Canada Far & Wide, but we’ll start at the front.

The front of the building hasn’t seen a paintbrush yet, but will likely see some work soon as the windows have been taped and the area prepared.

Here’s a look at the side of the building as seen from the gardens area.

Moving to the back of the building, we can see a stark contrast in colors here. This is probably not the finished product, but here’s a look at the more muted, but contrast-y color scheme.

Here’s a look back at the front of the building.

From the exit to Canada Far & Wide, we can’t see much progress, but it should become more apparent in the coming weeks.

The blocked entrance to Le Cellier received a sign and posted menu to help guests find the restaurant.
