Earlier this morning, before EPCOT opened to guests, Disney World executives and Cast Members held a dedication for the all-new Journey of Water – Inspired by Moana attraction at EPCOT. On hand for the grand opening were EPCOT VP Kartika Rodriguez, the Walt Disney World Ambassadors, Moana, and the maintenance Cast Members who keep the magic going and work hard to ensure that the water remains playful for all guests.

Disney released the following video of the dedication and opening moment, including soundbites from EPCOT VP Kartika Rodriguez and Chelsea Whikehart, Senior Producer Walt Disney Imagineering.
Disney World also released a photo of the opening team and Cast Members who brought Journey of Water to life.
