As crews push for a June 10th official opening date, even more progress has been spotted for the CommuniCore Hall structure under construction in EPCOT’s World Celebration neighborhood.
While visiting EPCOT earlier today, we noticed that the marquee has been installed for the Mickey & Friends meet and greet. First, here’s a look at concept art for the building.
Here’s a look at the marquee, visible above the construction walls as you walk toward CommuniCore Hall from Spaceship Earth.

A peek over the construction wall shows that the Lightning Lane and Standby entrance signs have also been installed. This confirms that the Mickey & Friends meet and greet experience will utilize Lightning Lane in addition to a traditional standby queue. These signs were also present in the concept art, but this is our first look at the signs installed in the location with text visible.
