Disney Live Entertainment is offering a sneak peek inside the Sunset Showcase as work continues to transform the space. As you may remember, the Sunset Showcase building is where the former Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy was presented. Designed as a flex space, the venue has hosted other offerings in the past as well. Up next is Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After. Here’s a peek inside!
Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After Construction
A short video posted to the Disney Live Entertainment social media channels shows crews as they lift one of the many mirrors into place above the center of the stage. The Magic Mirror will play host for the all-new show as Disney Villains decide who has been treated the most unfairly of all.
Here’s a look at the latest concept art for the space. In the artwork, you can see that we’ll encounter many villains through magical mirrors, with a few breaking through the mirrors and performing for guests live and on stage.
So far, the transformation of the space looks great. Here’s a reminder of what it looked like as Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy.
