Following the permanent closure of the Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island, a new park map has debuted at Magic Kingdom. The park map carries forward the map changes that we saw on the digital maps, including the removal of the Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island. Here’s a look at the changes!
New Magic Kingdom Park Map | July 2025
This is the first time that the park map has changed at Magic Kingdom since January 2025, when Big Thunder Mountain Railroad closed for refurbishment. Here’s a closer look at the map, along with a list of changes.
- Main image changed from Tiana’s Bayou Adventure water tower to a young girl in a green dress and tiara, holding a bubble wand
- Country Bear Musical Jamboree and Smellephants on Parade offerings removed from highlighted section of map
- Disney Starlight Nighttime Parade added to highlighted section (begins July 20th)
- Tom Sawyer Island removed from Frontierland
- Walt Disney World Railroad station removed from Frontierland
- Prairie Outpost not added (article)
- Liberty Square Riverboat removed from Liberty Square
- Scentsy sponsorship highlighted for Dumbo the Flying Elephant attraction and Smellephants on Parade
- Enterprise sponsorship highlighted for TRON Lightcycle Run and Tomorrowland PeopleMover
