With the closure of Animation Courtyard, a new park map has debuted for Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The new map shows how construction has impacted the walkways around that section of the park, along with some other changes. Here’s a closer look at the new map and what changed!
New Hollywood Studios Map (Sept. 2025)
The previous map update was back in June when Muppets Courtyard closed and new shows debuted. Here’s a rundown of the changes between the June map and the most recent September update.
- Main cover changed from Maleficent to a guest feeding a Mickey Bar to Gertie the Dino
- Images added for new stage shows (Villains review, Mermaid review)
- Images removed for Fantasmic and Roundup Rodeo BBQ
- Animation Courtyard closed, most buildings removed from map
- Star Wars Launch Bay removed from map
- Disney Jr. Play & Dance removed from map
- The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure marquee updated
- Hollywood Studios archway to Animation Courtyard removed (still standing in park for now)
