Pavement Issues Delay Opening of New Norway Snack & Beer Kiosk for 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts

The planned opening of a new kiosk in the Norway Pavilion has been delayed at EPCOT. As we’ve been reporting since late last year, a new kiosk in the Norway Pavilion has been close to opening. Construction walls were removed from the location in mid-December, but the kiosk has yet to open. Now, the planned opening in time for the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts has been delayed.

Norway Kiosk Opening Delayed

Signage in front of the kiosk advises guests that the Hazelnut Praline Boller that was supposed to be available here is actually available at the nearby Kringla Bakeri of Kafe.

The reason for the delay appears to be related to ongoing pavement work directly in front of the kiosk. The pavement here has been cut for at least a week as crews appear concerned about a significant elevation change/bump that is closer to the rolling hedges.
