If it were a steak, Cinderella Castle would be somewhere between “medium well” and “well done”. The Magic Kingdom icon has almost no pink left as crews have made wonderful progress on the repainting project over the last week or so. We visited Magic Kingdom this morning to take a look at the latest progress.
Cinderella Castle Repainting Nearly Complete
What started as a gloomy morning made way for a very sunny late morning. Not only was the fog disappearing throughout the morning hours, but so too was some of the last sections of pink paint on Cinderella Castle. Here’s a look at the work taking place this morning as crews work to repaint Cinderella Castle to a classic grey tone.
With this much work taking place over the past week, we imagine that the entire project will be complete before Summer, even with some tedious detail work likely still to come.
