It’s the Easter season at Walt Disney World, and that means the arrival of the highly themed Easter egg displays at some of the resorts. We’ve already taken a look at the Yacht Club and Beach Club displays, and now it’s time to light the lights and meet The Muppets…Easter eggs! The Muppets Easter Eggs at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
An entire display completely dedicated to The Muppets. We are truly blessed. The Muppets have been a bit of a hot-button topic at Walt Disney World since the closing of the MuppetVision 3D show at Hollywood Studios (and for years before that), but there seems to be a bit of momentum behind the IP. From the popular “return” of The Muppet Show on Disney+ to the Muppets takeover of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios, there is more new Muppets content now than in recent history.
To that end, the arrival of an entire Easter egg display completely dedicated to The Muppets is an unexpected surprise. It’s actually the only Easter egg display that we’ve seen this year with a clear overarching theme. Here’s a closer look!
