La Poutinerie Hosted by Air Canada opens July 1 at the Canada Pavilion in EPCOT. Disney has shared the full menu, and it leans into Canadian comfort food with two poutine variations, a frozen non-alcoholic option, and a lineup of Canadian beers and wines. In addition to an opening date and menu, we have some on-the-ground photos from our visit to EPCOT this morning. As you’ll see, construction walls have been removed as crews continue working. Here’s everything you need to know!

When Does La Poutinerie Open?

Two Poutines Anchor the Menu

The menu centers on poutine, and Disney is offering two versions. The Quรฉbec version sticks to the classic build, while the Montrรฉal option layers in smoked meat, pickles, and a mustard gravy that swaps out the standard brown gravy.

ENTRร‰ES

  • Quรฉbec: L’Authentique | $10.99
French Fries, Cheese Curds, Brown Gravy
  • Montrรฉal: Viande Fumรฉe | $12.49

The Drink Lineup

The beverage menu splits between non-alcoholic options and a Canadian-leaning bar. The Spiced Apple Slushy gives non-drinkers a frozen option, and it arrives garnished with a dried apple slice. For an adult version, the Spiced Apple Mule adds Iceberg Canadian Vodka to that same frozen base. Molson Canadian and Unibroue La Fin du Monde cover the beer side, while Domaine Ste. Michelle and Jackson-Triggs round out the wine list.

The biggest win for long-suffering fans of the Canada pavilion will be if the venue can keep La Fin du Monde in stock.

The Construction Walls Are Down

Earlier today, we stopped by the Canada Pavilion, and the construction walls that had surrounded the new kiosk are gone. In their place, Disney has lined the walkway with rolling planters. The kiosk itself, still under construction, features a dark metal roof, a chimney, and stone-clad support columns. A worker was still finishing the stonework on one of the columns during our visit. It’s likely that the walls came down to accommodate work closer to the World Showcase promenade walkway.
