New Signage & Decor Appear at EPCOT’s La Poutinerie

The rethemed poutine kiosk at EPCOT’s Canada Pavilion continues its march toward a July 1 opening. On a visit to EPCOT this morning, we found several new additions to La Poutinerie Hosted by Air Canada, including informational boards, the Air Canada logo, a menu board, and a themed planter. The location remains behind construction walls, but the finishing touches are coming together quickly.

NEW INFORMATIONAL BOARDS FLANK THE KIOSK

Disney has installed informational boards on either side of the building, both carrying an “Hosted by Air Canada” tagline at the base. The boards lean into the poutine theme with vintage travel-poster styling. One panel reads “Poutine Around the Globe,” depicting the EPCOT World Showcase lagoon with an Air Canada jet overhead.

The second board breaks into a three-panel layout. A “Quebec” poster traces poutine’s origins as a regional specialty, a “Perfect Combination” panel walks through the dish’s classic build of cheese curds, twice-fried fries, and beef stock gravy, and a “Canada to the World” poster nods to the global fusion variations the dish has inspired. The ingredients of the dish sit inside a bowl that looks like Spaceship Earth.

AIR CANADA LOGO AND MENU BOARD APPEAR

Air Canada’s maple-leaf logo now hangs on the wood-slat wall near the entrance. This reinforces the airline’s sponsorship that we first reported in April. The red roundel sits against the warm vertical wood paneling, a contrast to the stone columns framing the structure.

Above the service window, a menu board has gone up reading “Ready for Taste Off,” a play on the aviation theme carried throughout the sponsorship. No menu items are posted on the board yet, though we already know the full lineup from Disney’s earlier reveal: the Quรฉbec L’Authentique and Montrรฉal Viande Fumรฉe poutines anchor the food side, with a Spiced Apple Slushy, Canadian beers, and wines rounding things out.

A GEESE PLANTER TAKES FLIGHT

Perhaps the most charming new touch is a themed planter installed at the front of the kiosk. The display features sculpted geese in flight, posed mid-takeoff around a faux maple tree dressed in autumn foliage. Surrounding flower beds and rockwork complete the scene, tying the kiosk into the Canadian wilderness aesthetic of the broader pavilion.

CONSTRUCTION SHRUBS REMAIN

Despite all the new detail work, the area is still partially walled off, with rolling planters lining the walkway as they were on our last visit. The kiosk’s service window remains shuttered, and a few work materials are still visible around the building. With an opening date of July 1, crews have a little under two weeks to wrap things up.
