The Disneyland Resort, which remains closed due to COVID-19, will be the first vaccine distribution “super site” according to Orange County officials.

The Disneyland Resort, the largest employer in the heart of Orange County, has stepped up to host the county’s first Super POD site – undertaking a monumental task in our vaccination distribution process. We truly appreciate the support of the Orange County Fire Authority, our cities, and our residents as we continue to rollout COVID-19 vaccinations throughout the county.
Andrew Do, acting chairman First District

The Disneyland Resort COVID-19 vaccine distribution site is expected to open later this week and vaccinate thousands of residents daily. Only people who qualify under the Phase 1a designation will be eligible for the vaccine.
